A one-off 60-minute Zoom session to talk through your training goals, struggles, and support needs.
You’ll receive a short written summary afterwards with key takeaways and suggested next steps.

✨ Spotlight & Support – £85/month
Ongoing monthly coaching for those who want regular accountability and check-ins without overwhelm.
Includes:
- 1 x 60-minute Zoom session per month
- 1 x weekly WhatsApp check-in
(I’ll check in with you once a week, pick up anything you’ve shared, and reply with supportive feedback or next steps)
